Epilog with New Management

Epilog has undergone a leadership change effective as of 1 December 2025. The position of director of the company, which was held by the founder and longstanding CEO Mr Damjan Širca throughout Epilog’s more than three decades of growth, innovation and strategic breakthroughs, has been taken over by Mr Miha Lesar.

Epilog has been 100% owned by KNAPP AG since the first half of the year, thus opening up additional opportunities for development and global growth, as well as ensuring stability and security. This strategic alliance gives the company access to cutting-edge expertise and technologies that are shaping the future of logistics.

Under the operational leadership of Mr Miha Lesar, until recently Head of the Atlas Department, Epilog will continue the tradition of innovation and strengthen its role as a reliable partner in the development of the best technological solutions for logistics and supply chain transformation. The company's management is complemented by Mr Peter Puchwein, Vice President R&D at KNAPP AG, who, as codirector, is responsible for strategic planning and the integration of Epilog with global markets and innovation.
