We Have Acquired a New ISO 45001:2018 Certificate

Proactivity. Responsibility. Security. These three of our six values are very carefully linked with respecting quality standard requirements and related certificates. This also applies to the ISO 45001:2018 standard, for which we obtained a certificate towards the end of 2023. Acquiring this certificate also means that we now have an integrated management system according to the ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 45001 standards.
ISO 45001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. Increasing customer demands, high insurance premiums, higher requirements for loss events, and the costs of production downtime are just some of the reasons why the implementation of this standard is recommended in practice.
The field of health and safety at work is also directly related to a company’s performance and employee satisfaction. In a safe and properly equipped working environment, employees can enrich their knowledge, come up with innovative ideas, and develop the best solutions and products.

When our employees are satisfied, our customers are also satisfied with our work. In the second half of 2023, we therefore set ourselves a new challenge and decided to undergo a certification process according to the ISO 45001 standard. The process was successfully completed by the end of the year. By fulfilling the standard requirements and thus acquiring the certificate, we have improved our cooperation with our employees and ensured control over process hazards that pose a risk of incidents related to health and safety at work. The certificate also means that we have further strengthened the culture of continuous improvement and the commitment among our employees to constantly improve processes.
